1. Rivalo will charge an Administration Fee for all user accounts that have been inactive for at least 365 consecutive days according to the following rules. A user account is considered inactive during any period when none of the following actions take place: (i) a successful deposit is made; (ii) a sports bet is placed; or (iii) participation in any casino products.
(a) If your user account remains inactive for a continuous period of 365 days, it will be deemed dormant. If the balance on your user account is zero, your user account will be temporarily closed and no fee will be charged.
(b) If a user account is deemed to be dormant and has a positive balance, Rivalo will take reasonable steps to notify you using the contact information provided during the user registration process (or as updated by you).
(c) If your user registration remains dormant after a minimum of 28 days following Rivalo's first attempt to notify you that your user registration has become dormant, Rivalo will deduct a monthly Administration Fee from your gambling account balance. The fee will be either €3 or the equivalent in the user account's currency or 5% of your gambling account balance at the time it was deemed dormant (whichever is greater).
(d) The Administration Fee calculated in accordance with (c) above will be deducted from your gambling account balance on the expiration of the 28-day notification period mentioned above and every 28 days thereafter at the same rate until one of the following occurs: (i) your gambling account balance reaches zero, at which point no further Administration Fee will be deducted, and your user account will be temporarily closed; (ii) your user account has been dormant for a consecutive period of 3 years, at which point your user account will be closed; or (iii) you reactivate your user account, at which point no further Administration Fee will be deducted.
2. You can reactivate your user account by: (i) making a successful deposit; (ii) placing a sports bet; or (iii) playing/participating in any casino product.
